Usage Tips

Can I use this vacuum to pick up water, liquids, or wet messes?

No. This appliance is strictly designed for dry debris, dust, pet hair, and crumbs. Vacuuming liquids, wet spills, or damp construction dust (like plaster dust) can damage the high-speed motor and clog the H13 filtration system. For liquid spills, please use conventional methods.

What should I do if the vacuum cleaner won't turn on or has damaged parts?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please first check if the battery is fully charged and correctly clicked into place. Also, make sure the charger is unplugged from the vacuum before trying to turn it on – the vacuum cannot be powered on while it is charging. If it still does not turn on, please contact our customer service immediately. We guarantee a 100% free replacement with a brand-new device.

Why does the suction power suddenly change or increase on its own?

This is our SenseCleanAI Dust Sensor at work! When the vacuum detects a high concentration of dust, invisible debris, or transitions from a hard floor to a carpet, it automatically increases the suction power to ensure a thorough clean. Once the area is clean, it will drop back to a lower level to save battery. It is a feature designed to make your cleaning effortless, not a malfunction.

How often do I need to clean or replace the H13 HEPA filter?

To maintain the certified 99.99% filtration efficiency and prevent suction loss, we recommend tapping the dust off the HEPA filter weekly and washing it with cold water once a month. Crucial: Always allow the filter to air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it. Using a wet filter can damage the motor. We recommend replacing the HEPA filter every 6–12 months depending on usage.

Where can I buy replacement batteries or HEPA filters in the future?

We ensure a reliable, long-term supply of all essential accessories. Replacement batteries, H13 HEPA filters, and extra brush rollers are always available directly in our Amazon Brand Store. Since our battery is fully detachable, you can also purchase a second battery to instantly double your runtime to 130 minutes.

Why does the battery only last around 15 minutes in Max/Turbo mode? Is my battery defective?

Not at all. This is perfectly normal for high-performance vacuum cleaners. To deliver the massive, certified 180 AW deep-cleaning suction required for carpets and stubborn dirt, the motor requires maximum power. For daily cleaning, we highly recommend using the Auto/AI Mode or ECO Mode (up to 65 minutes), which intelligently balances optimal suction and battery life based on actual dust levels.

Is it normal for the battery to get warm during charging?

Yes, it's completely normal. Our battery and charger both have safety certifications, and during charging, the surface temperature of the HP20 adapter reaches a maximum of 49.2°C (120.6°F) at a room temperature of 24.7°C (76.5°F). This is well within the required temperature rise limit of <60°C (140°F) and also below the 55°C (131°F) threshold at which human skin begins to feel a burning sensation. So the warmth you feel is safe and does not harm the battery or charger.

What should I do if I can't see the battery level while charging?

You have two easy ways to charge your Yaber vacuum:

Charge the battery installed on the main body: The digital display will show the battery percentage increasing in real time — from 0% up to 100% — so you can easily monitor the charging progress.

Charge the battery separately: When charging the battery pack on its own, the indicator light will blink while charging and become solid when fully charged.

A full charge typically takes about 4 to 5 hours from 0% to 100%.

Why is there no picture displayed when connecting PS3/PS4/PS5 with HDMIport?

You can turn off the HDMI HDCP option in the PS4/PS5 settings and the problem will be solved. As for PS3, if you can't turn off HDCP in the settings, you can contact our after-sales email. We will send you the updated software.

Does the K2s projector have HDMI ARC capability? Why doesn't it show up on the machine?

Yes, the K2s projector has HDMI ARC capability. When you plug in a soundbar with ARC mode through the HDMI port, there is a noticeable improvement in sound quality. Therefore, when considering adding a sound device, you can prioritize products with ARC feature to get an ultimate picture and sound experience.

Why does adjusting my color gamut within the system have no effect? Is it a malfunction?

Please don't worry, it's not that the system is malfunctioning. Your adjusted effect will be shown when you play the video.

Why is there no sound when playing streaming videousing Amazon Fire Stick or Chromecast.

It may be because the projector doesn't support Dolby Atmos, you can turn off the Dolby Atmos option in the settings. (Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turn Dolby Digital (OFF).

Why can't my projector be connected to WIFI and sometimesit even says my WIFI password is wrong?

a. It could be due to a weak WIFI signal (WIFI signals are cut down when going through obstacles such as walls). You can install a WIFI signal booster to solve this problem.

b. Please change the WIFI router encryption format to WPA or WPA2 and set it as the default option.

Why is it that when I cast my phone to play streaming videos likke Netflix or Prime, it doesn't cast properly. (No screen)

The problem is that due to copyright restrictions on streaming media such as netflix and prime, when the projector puts in these videos, there is only sound and no picture. Whereas you won't encounter this when projecting YouTube videos because YouTube doesn't set copyright restrictions. (The projector is just the display device, which is a problem with most projectors sold on the market) You can access an Amazon Fire Stick, which can help you out.

Why does my projector have yellow or black areas on the socreen after a longer period of time.

Possibly due to poor ventilation where the projector is placed. If the projector's vents do not flow smoothly, excessive heat from the projector may cause the screen to turn yellow/black. (So we recommend that the projector be placed in a well-ventilated place, do not completely fit the wall, and leave a space for ventilation.) In order to better maintain the projector, we recommend to let the projector rest for a period of 3-5 hours. Do not use it uninterrupted for a long time.Compared to LCD TV screens, projectors have a certain lifespan. Why didn't I get a regular image after the automatic keeystone correction?

Please follow the steps below for automatic keystone re-calibration. (If the problem persists, please contact our after-sales email at service@yaber.com.)

1. Distance must be 2 meters, keep the tabletop stable.

2. Press the "Automatic Keystone" option five times to access the correction interface.

3. The rectangle on the correction interface is the camera view. Make sure the entire image is within the camera view before proceeding.

4. Select the "Manual" option.

5. Press the "Up" button on the remote control, and a prompt box for correction failure or success will appear.

6. If it shows "fail," exit the prompt box and recalibrate by pressing the "Up" button again.

7. If it shows "success," select "save."

Why is there always a blurred area in the image after auto-focusing, either on the left, right, or in the corners?

1. Select "Restore Factory" in the settings to reset to the factory settings. The projection range is 1.23 to 6.15 meters, please confirm the distance.

2. The position of the projector should be close to the edge of the platform to avoid surface light reflection affecting the camera's judgment.

3. No obstructions in front of the machine.

4. Check if the machine is directly facing the screen; Too much offset angle will result in blurred edges.

5. If the placement is correct, disable the automatic keystone and focus options in the projection settings. Align the machine with the screen and use the F+ and F- keys on the remote control to refocus.

Why can't I connect the projector to my Bluetooth speaker?

1. Select "restore factory" in the settings to reset to factory settings.

2. Check if the Bluetooth is operating with low power.

3. Pro V9 doesn't support Dolby, DTS, 5.1 channels, HDMI CEC, ARC, etc., many soundbars, subwoofers, speaker systems, or devices with Dolby support are not compatible. It's recommended to use regular Bluetooth speakers such as JBL GO or Bose SoundLink Micro, which have been tested for compatibility.

4. Alternatively, you can purchase an aux audio cable with 3.5mm plugs on both ends to connect the Bluetooth speaker to the projector's headphone jack for a wired connection.

There is always a black dot/shadow in my projector's image. How do I clean it?

Why can't I connect my projector to my phone via WiFi?

Please confirm you follow these steps for WiFi connection: ( If the problem persists, please contact our after-sales email at service@yaber.com. )

For IOS device：1. The projector and the iPhone or laptop must be connected to the same WiFi network.

2. Open the iOS cast interface on the projector.

3.Open the built-in screen mirroring function on your phone or laptop and search for the connection.

For Android device：1. Open the Miracast interface on the projector.

2. Enable WiFi and Bluetooth on the phone or laptop (you can leave them unconnected).

3. Open the display settings on the phone or laptop and use the system's built-in multi-screen connection function to search and connect.

How do I adjust the brightness and contrast of the image?

1. Play any video source in the HDMI interface as a reference for adjustment.

2. Press the menu button on the remote control to open the Menu.

3. In the image settings, select Picture Mode and set it to User mode to adjust the brightness and contrast values.

Why can't I screen mirror copyrighted videos from my phone? (Netflix, etc.)

1. Due to copyright compatibility issues, screen mirroring from your phone supports YouTube but not video playback from apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc. It will show a black screen with audio only.

2. It is recommended to purchase an Amazon Fire Stick or Google Chromecast, which can be used to watch videos from applications like Netflix and Prime Video.

Why is there no sound when I play videos using the TV stick?

1. The projector doesn't support Dolby sound, so you need to disable Dolby support in the audio settings of the connected device.

2. Please check which brand of TV stick you're using. Amazon Firestick or Google Chromecast can be operated by sending instructional videos. Screen mirroring has sound but no picture.
