It may be because the projector doesn't support Dolby Atmos, you can turn off the Dolby Atmos option in the settings. (Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turn Dolby Digital (OFF).

Please trust the quality of our projectors. The spots may be caused by dust on the lens due to impact during transportation or use. 1. Distance must be 2 meters, keep the tabletop stable.
2. Press the "Automatic Keystone" option five times to access the correction interface.
3. The rectangle on the correction interface is the camera view. Make sure the entire image is within the camera view before proceeding.
4. Select the "Manual" option.
5. Press the "Up" button on the remote control, and a prompt box for correction failure or success will appear.
6. If it shows "fail," exit the prompt box and recalibrate by pressing the "Up" button again.
7. If it shows "success," select "save."
